Global Chief People Officer / Chief Human Resources Officer with more than 15 years of experience building, scaling, and governing people organizations through hypergrowth, restructuring, and compliance-critical moments. She is recognized for helping venture-backed, PE-owned, and founder-led companies translate business strategy into resilient people systems that protect enterprise value while strengthening culture, trust, and performance.

Across technology, biotech, healthtech, fintech, manufacturing, and nonprofit sectors, Lynda has repeatedly built HR functions from the ground up and scaled organizations from early stage to global operations. She has led workforces through rapid expansion (5 → 100; 25 → 500; 50 → 200+; 350 → 850+), multi-country market entry, and complex restructurings while maintaining high engagement, zero audit findings, and strong internal leadership pipelines.
